Ease of use makes the DAC2000 the ideal option for protecting areas that, although needing to be secure,
are constantly in use.
Be it a busy storeroom or access to private areas, the DAC2000 allows access to only those with the relevant security code - a code that can be changed with ease.

Exit from the secure area is simply the push of a " pass " button.

The System can operate on either of 2 levels - Lockout or Alarm.

With Lockout the DAC2000 can operate a mechanical door release. The system will keep the door locked and therefore inaccessible to anyone without the code.

The Alarm mode of operation will allow access to the secure area, but trigger an alarm to indicate that someone has entered without using the valid code.

An output is available on each unit to activate, for example a flashing beacon, additional sounder etc - ideal when multiple doors are protected.

To silence an alarm, the door is simply closed and the valid user code entered. The area is now protected.

Management of the secure area is aided by the addition of an extra feature - Long Term Access.

If access to the secure area is required for any lengthy periods, the system can be disabled for five minutes - ideal for movement of stock etc.

During this period the unit will beep every 30 seconds to indicate that the door is unprotected.
